In our energetic fields we hold stories and patterns that our eyes can not observe but our bodies can feel the weight of. It may be in a rash or actual restriction in our movement.

The body always speaks to us as a portal between the seen and the unseen.

With TTC we get to access this energetic field and retrieve the story lines that have been limiting us. The stories that have been preventing us from free movement and living in our truth.
